Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project Management Specialist in Washington, DC to support U.S. Navy programs from concept to completion. You will review contracts, assist with cost accounting, and coordinate with SMEs, OEM schedulers, customers, and project analysts using Microsoft 365 tools.

The role emphasizes communication to keep programs on track and aligned with quality standards, offering opportunities for growth and mission impact in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management.
• Ability to develop and manage data calls (cost estimates, phasing plans, task planning sheets).
• Ability to support clients with the management and oversight of acquisition systems, programs, and platforms.
• Ability to effectively use the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Secret clearance or eligibility for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion.
• Review contracts and project cost accounting with stakeholders.
• Assist with tactical planning using Microsoft 365 tools.
