Job summary

Trisura is seeking a detail-oriented Program Management Business Analyst in Oklahoma City to ensure successful partner implementations through data analysis and proactive coordination. The role acts as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, supporting data integrity, validation processes, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive program outcomes in a regulated insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a regulated or data‑intensive environment.
• Strong understanding of data quality impacts on downstream processes and ability to present actionable insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar project/documentation management tools.
• Preferred experience with SQL or similar database languages.
• Experience with Power Apps is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate requirements during implementation phases; provide data schema, submission requirements, and timelines to external partners while ensuring internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Reinsurance, Compliance, and other Operations teams to resolve data integrity issues and maintain high‑quality data.
• Assist partners in resolving submission issues and foster long‑term collaboration to enhance program outcomes.
• Proactively identify and advise on data integrity risks or analytics‑related issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in planning, testing, and rollout of new features or systems.
• Analyze data trends and deliver clear, actionable reports for executives and partners.
• Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence to support transparency, knowledge sharing, and audit‑readiness.
• Communicate issues and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to drive resolution and alignment.
• Lead the lifecycle of data validation processes from request initiation to deprecation planning.
