Job summary

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Program Leadership & Management, to provide leadership, strategic direction and program management to Development and Commercial Program Teams.

The role partners with the Program Lead to drive early to late phase programs and lifecycle management initiatives in a dynamic environment. You will oversee Integrated Development Strategy, manage critical path activities, risks, and mitigation plans, and ensure effective communication across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of R&D and/or drug development project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of/exposure to the drug development process.
• Knowledge of project management software/tools.
• Ability to manage team dynamics and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to the Program Lead, enabling development and ensuring execution of the Integrated Development Strategy.
• Lead daily program management activities and develop and execute the Integrated Development Strategy in partnership with the Program Lead.
• Coordinate program teams and monitor progress, KPIs, risks and mitigation plans, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategy.
