Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager as a temporary contractor via Magnit. You will provide expert leadership on complex programs, govern strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Expect cross-functional collaboration, strong problem solving, and deep domain knowledge. Applicants should have 5–7 years in program management, experience with governance frameworks, and the ability to lead workshops and deliver results across business and IT domains.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Program Management experience.
• Experience on compliance related projects or within a compliance department.
• Strong stakeholder identification and management.
• Experience within a program governance framework.
• Strong communication skills tailored to audiences.
• Experience on business and IT projects with SDLC and adoption of new processes.
• Knowledge of process modelling, root cause analysis, data models and traceability.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and facilitate discussions.
• Ability to lead project delivery planning, estimation, resourcing, risk identification and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Program Management assignments.
• Supports delivery of a strategic program with governance and control.
• Plans, organizes, and controls resources to meet objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget.
• Manages large programs; interprets issues and recommends best practices.
• Leads functional teams or projects and exercises judgment in planning and delivering initiatives.
