Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from a four-year university with 4+ years related experience in the connector industry (preferred).
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical product drawings.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures; write reports and business correspondence.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate to various management levels.
• Experience managing customer communication and expectations.
• Proficient with MS Project/PM software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program and program team; contribute to scope and objectives.
• Provide customer communication on status, schedule and requirements.
• Lead technical teams across multiple sites during product development.
• Schedule and run internal meetings; drive actions to keep on schedule.
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Define product specs and program scope aligned with market needs.
• Control program costs; review capital requests and costing data.
• Make decisions to speed time to market and profitability.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability principles during development.
• Ensure capacity planning meets expected demand.
• Provide regular updates to management on status and risks.
