Job summary

Lely International is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Strategic Program Execution in North America. You will lead a large-scale, cross-functional development program, coordinating workstreams, managing budget and risk, and driving delivery within a strategic framework set by the Steering Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture or related field.
• 7–10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or initiatives.
• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification required.
• Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies valued.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a large-scale cross-functional development program within a strategic framework.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master program plan across workstreams and geographies.
• Coordinate resources, track milestones, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and executive reporting for go/no-go decisions.
• Manage risks, changes, and dependencies; escalate strategic trade-offs to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across North America and International teams.
