Job summary

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary technical team across DevSecOps, MBSE, data science, and modeling/simulation for DoD programs. You will set performance expectations, mentor staff, and coordinate across infrastructure security, QA, systems engineering, and data analytics to deliver on contract objectives.

• Bachelor-level degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading technical programs and teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud, DevSecOps, MBSE and digital engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to a multi-disciplinary technical team.
• Manage program plans, schedule, risk, and budget for multiple workstreams.
• Review architectures and ensure alignment with DoD requirements and security standards.
• Represent the company to the customer and prime contractor as primary technical contact.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and security requirements.
