• 4+ years in program integration, coordination, or scheduling in aerospace/defense/engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and scheduling principles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated master schedules across multiple teams.
• Monitor progress and produce data-driven leadership updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional program planning and milestones.
• Identify risks and resource conflicts and propose mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with program documentation and reporting standards.
• Present updates to leadership.
