Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of professional related experience, or a master’s degree with 0 to 3 years.
2 to 5 years of project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities
Ensure major Projects and Programs Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are integrated across functional groups.
Utilize project management techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
Engage with the Program Team for project analysis and performance enhancement.
Perform risk analyses to identify and resolve critical path conflicts.
Contribute to the development of new scheduling concepts and standards.
Provide support to program office and less experienced schedulers.
Support new business proposals with schedule methodologies.
