Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of professional related experience, or a master’s degree with 0 to 3 years.
• 2 to 5 years of project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Ensure major Projects and Programs Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are integrated across functional groups.
• Utilize project management techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Engage with the Program Team for project analysis and performance enhancement.
• Perform risk analyses to identify and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Contribute to the development of new scheduling concepts and standards.
• Provide support to program office and less experienced schedulers.
• Support new business proposals with schedule methodologies.
