Job summary
KBR, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager – Program Integration to lead Air Force Fighter/Bomber portfolio integration and capability planning from pre-concept through disposal, coordinating across senior stakeholders and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Air Force acquisition and a DoD security clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, OR related field.
- 15+ years of Air Force acquisition, capability planning, or program integration.
- Experience with USAF MAJCOMs (ACC, AFGSC, HQ USAF) and DoD processes.
- Ability to analyze warfighter requirements and define capability needs.
- Experience with IPTs, PMRs, TIMs and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in program management, logistics, maintenance, supply, and contracting across initiatives.
- Support analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of complex programs.
- Represent the F/B portfolio in processes aligning capability needs with strategic planning.
- Support S&T investment decisions benefiting F/B platforms.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and visual products for senior leaders.
- Support lifecycle planning from pre-concept through disposal.
