Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Program Financial Controller to serve as the financial backbone for a multi-year Transformational Programs portfolio within a leading utility client. You will consolidate budgets and forecasts, establish governance, and deliver actionable insights to guide funding, baselines, and change control decisions.
Reporting to the Program Governance & Finance Lead, this role requires 5–7+ years in finance, strong stakeholder influence, and experience with ERP transformations,
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and change control.
- Experience establishing finance governance and internal controls across multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with ERP-led transformations and multi-vendor portfolios.
- Experience with month-end close and audit-ready documentation.
- Strong communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching analysts and providing quality oversight.
- Advanced degree or CPA/CMA/MBA certification.
- Experience in regulated or asset-intensive environments.
- Experience with benefits tracking and value realization.
- Track record of simplifying and automating finance processes.
