Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to support program finance for a major defense program. The role uses Earned Value Management (EVM) and other monitoring processes to keep projects on track, preparing financial reports reflecting Awards, Sales, Profit, and Cash, and collaborating with Program Management, Material Planning, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior finance experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior finance experience; In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased integrated budgets and schedules with EV data compliance and reporting.
• Provide management with early warning of performance issues and identify risks with solutions.
• Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support.
• Develop quarterly EACs; analyze ETC, EAC and LRE data for accuracy.
• Educate and lead financial analysts in Work Breakdown Structures and charge numbers.
• Analyze costs and personnel to ensure alignment with budget and end objectives.
• Analyze workforce planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Extract and reconcile accounting data; generate EV reports and client briefs.
