Job summary
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead enterprise-wide programs within a Portfolio Management Office. You will own planning and execution across multiple business areas, managing budgets, milestones, risks, and resources while reporting to executive leadership.
Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in financial services/reinsurance program leadership, direct life insurance/annuities experience, strong governance skills and PMP/PgMP certification.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of PM leadership in reinsurance/financial services.
- Direct experience in life insurance, annuities, or reinsurance.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs or transformations.
- Strong financial acumen with budgets, business cases and models.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Actuarial teams.
- Executive presence for Steering Committee leadership.
- Governance, risk, change, and portfolio management expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience using AI, automation and data-driven tools.
- PMP and/or PgMP certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs within a Portfolio Management Office.
- Own program planning, execution, budgets, milestones and dependencies.
- Provide reporting and recommendations to executive leadership; drive decisions.
- Partner with Finance, Actuarial, technology and business teams; govern programs.
