The Washington State Labor Education and Research Center at South Seattle College is seeking a Program Development Specialist (Program Specialist 3) to advance fundraising, contract trainings, and new programs under the Center's strategic plan.

Based at the LERC office on Georgetown Campus, the role involves proposing partnerships, grant development, and policy program work, with hybrid work flexibility and travel as needed to support statewide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fundraising, program development, or coordination in nonprofits or labor sectors.
• Experience writing proposals, managing contracts, and donor communications.
• Proven ability to collaborate with unions, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships and contract trainings, write proposals, and streamline processes.
• Coordinate new programs aligned with the Center's strategic plan and recruit partners.
• Contribute to fundraising and grant activities with the Seattle Colleges Foundation.
• Lead Workers Rights Policy Program development and updates.
