Qualifications

• Creating and analyzing datasets and data warehouse management to support senior leadership decision-making.
• Collecting and synthesizing disparate data sources.
• Using database analysis software to respond to urgent RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Translating highly technical findings into clear reports and presentations for management.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate data to the Director for decision making on program effectiveness and resource management.
• Maintain computer-generated and paper files of data/statistics on candidates, midshipman, and graduates for easy retrieval by staff.
• Use computer software to collect and analyze data from midshipmen, faculty, staff and graduates.
• Use database analysis, word processing, database, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.
