Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI and Poly to be considered.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience can be substituted for the degree.
• Experience managing technical projects with the ability to drive progress toward deliveries and due dates, manage dependencies between efforts, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end planning and documentation, optimization, change, and risk management.
• Demonstrated experience and deep knowledge of the customer's internal and external communication and deconfliction processes and methods to manage internal and external communications.
• Apply exceptional interpersonal skills and experience using customer processes to enhance and drive external partner engagement, achieve specific objectives for customer priorities, and translate external perspectives and organizational dynamics to the customer.
• Ability to work independently to respond in a timely manner to field elements, obtain answers to questions, complete write-ups of meetings with external partners, and ensure that critical parts of meetings are captured in official communications.
• Ability to ensure plans are communicated to all stakeholders, prompt responses to mission elements and internal management are given, responses that need input from others are tracked, and inputs or responses to questions are proactively completed.
• While the position doesn't require hands-on technical knowledge, the candidate must have the ability acquire a level of familiarity with the customer's technology, as it is necessary to be conversant on the customer's projects and to have context important to stakeholder engagement.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to "get things to done".
• Must have the mentality that no job is beneath you. This is a highly dynamic and streamlined team and everyone must pitch in wherever needed, even if that doesn't directly relate to the primary job functions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate operational support related to external partner engagement.
• Align to an operational element of the customer organization and coordinate with other customer and contractor personnel.
• Engage with internal and external partners to support achievement of customer priorities.
• Capture critical meeting outputs in official communications and ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful completion of engagements.
