Job summary

Viasat in California seeks a Program Control Analyst to support planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of programs. You will maintain schedules in MS Project, establish cost baselines and provide EV information to the program team.

The role requires 0–3 years experience, a bachelor’s in business/finance or a technical field, U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance; relocation assistance may be available, and travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance or a technical field.
• 0–3 years of full-time, relevant industry experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a United States Secret Clearance.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Financial Analysis or Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for cost and schedule reporting requirements.
• Support audits and reviews requested by customers and leadership.
• Gather inputs and perform analysis to ensure program cost estimates are accurate.
• Maintain a schedule to ensure deliverables are completed.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks including WBS, budgets, and estimates to complete.
