Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field with 7+ years leading external-facing communications projects or campaigns
Master's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field with 5+ years leading external-facing communications projects or campaigns
Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a program communicator, developing and deploying external-facing strategic campaigns and measuring business impact

Responsibilities

Lead the program communications team and prioritize workload among dispersed team members
Partner with communications colleagues to develop an integrated external communications strategy
Prepare and share metrics on communications efforts and evolve strategies based on results
