Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Manager Public Relations 2 to lead the program communications team and advance external-facing campaigns across multiple sites. The role reports to the director of Strategic Communications and emphasizes strategic thinking, mentorship, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in external-facing communications (or 5+ years with a Master’s), strong leadership, and a track record of driving business impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field with 7+ years leading external-facing communications campaigns.
• OR Master Degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field with a minimum of 5 years leading external-facing communications campaigns.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a program communicator, developing and deploying external-facing strategic communications campaigns and measuring business impact.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
