Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Manager Public Relations 2 to lead our program communications team and drive external-facing campaigns. You will report to the director of Strategic Communications and mentor a dispersed team while shaping the strategy and execution of communications across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing and leading external-facing communications projects, channels or campaigns.
• Master Degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading external-facing communications projects, channels or campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program communicator team and manage external-facing campaigns.
• Develop and deploy integrated communications strategies in collaboration with other teams.
• Measure impact and adjust strategies to meet business objectives and leadership goals.
