Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of grassroots organizing.
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and advocacy platforms such as EveryAction, Action Network, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire supporters, volunteers, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop nationwide grassroots base-building strategy.
  • Grow supporter recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention.
  • Design and manage volunteer programs.
  • Build local organizing infrastructure for meaningful action.
  • Create systems to identify and elevate grassroots leaders and advocates.
  • Establish benchmarks and goals for growth and engagement.
  • Translate priorities into scalable grassroots campaigns.
  • Lead national supporter activation programs.
