Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Journeyman level with BA/BS degree.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying analytic techniques to program/project objectives.
• Experience tracking requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collect, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Support development of requirements through PM-3S programs and IPT coordination.
• Develop and maintain unfunded/partially funded portfolios.
• Support POM planning and LOE submissions for funding.
• Oversight of S&T projects alignment with approved programs.
• Coordinate with NAWCAD HSE.
• Identify alternate funding pathways.
• Coordinate Aircrew Systems Sub-board activities.
• Develop ACS surveys.
• Plan industry outreach events.
• Coordinate Fleet Aircrew Systems readiness efforts.
