Job summary

Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead planning, implementation, and conduct of oncology and related trials within an integrated operations framework.

You will report to the Head of Clinical Operations, oversee cross-functional program strategy, vendor management, and ensure trials meet timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory standards (ICH/GCP). Hybrid Boston presence with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of global clinical trial and program operations experience with at least 4 years of independent clinical trial management across all phases.
• Experience with CRO/vendor oversight and managing consultants.
• Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical program and study budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Develop and execute cross-functional program strategy for oncology and non-oncology indications.
• Lead and oversee execution of assigned trials to meet timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Manage CRO/vendor relationships and oversight.
• Develop clinical trial operations strategy and vendor management plans.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
