OPW, a Dover company, is seeking a Production Planning and Supply Chain Manager to lead production planning, purchasing, and materials management. The role drives short-term execution and long-term improvements using ERP-based planning tools, stabilizing operations and strengthening supplier partnerships.

You will lead a team of planners and buyers, oversee KPI reporting, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Finance to optimize delivery, capacity, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/planning systems; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to stabilize and improve underperforming or turnaround supply chain organizations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and planning team.
• Develop, support, and implement cross functional and strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
• Champion a fact-based culture centered on measurable results and accountability across planning, buying, and materials functions.
• Lead production planning activities; forecast future demand and ensure material availability to meet production needs.
