Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in manufacturing scheduling or logistics, a technical degree (BS preferred), and strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in business or another technical field required.
• 3–5+ years in a manufacturing environment with scheduling or logistics experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen with attention to detail.
• Experience with cycle counting and SOX controls.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP and Infor experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and amend production schedules for finished goods and sub-assemblies.
• Ensure schedules align with demand, capacity, and business priorities.
• Maintain inventories and material consumption accuracy; perform cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Communicate with operations and site staff, including corporate partners.
• Ensure SOX compliance and provide leadership with timely issue updates.
• Support planning, production, and safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
