Job summary

A manufacturing client near Richmond, Indiana, is seeking a Production Scheduler for a direct hire position. The successful candidate will lead planning efforts, coordinating raw materials and production schedules to meet customer demands. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing setting. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of production planning or scheduling experience required.
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience creating production schedules.
• Manufacturing experience within an industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate planning needs based on customer order history and stock levels.
• Confirm accurate stock levels of raw materials before production.
• Assist in leading planning meetings with production associates.
• Coordinate production schedules with operations team to meet lead times.
• Communicate with customers regarding demand forecasts.
