Job summary

Johns Manville in Winder, GA is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and schedule production runs based on SAP orders, monitor inventory, and analyze data to optimize manufacturing flow.

You will enter transfers in SAP, prepare reports, and expedite operations to meet unforeseen conditions, while maintaining SAP integrity and minimizing inventory variances. This role supports a safe, efficient production environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School/Technical School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in production or distribution.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of SAP; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and evaluate manufacturing production schedules based on SAP orders.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Maintain SAP integrity and monitor inventory daily.
• Enter production and warehouse transfers in SAP.
• Prepare production reports.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
