Corsicana Mattress Company is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate production across multiple facilities, aiming for 90% on-time delivery and cost-effective loads using the carrier fleet and external options when needed.

The role requires 5+ years in related manufacturing/transportation positions or an associate's degree or higher, with strong TMS/ERP proficiency and knowledge of DOT rules a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or transportation roles or an associate's degree or higher.
• Experience coordinating production with plant capacity and customers.
• Familiarity with DOT rules and driver HOS is beneficial.
• Strong software and system literacy, especially TMS/ERP

Responsibilities

• Align production schedules with plant capacity while meeting delivery commitments.
• Reserve capacity for e-commerce and freight demand in schedules.
• Prioritize orders by delivery date and appointment requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on material availability for schedules.
• Partner with Plant Managers to meet lead time requirements and release schedules.
