Majestic Steel is seeking a Production Scheduling Specialist to coordinate production schedules and optimize workflows across our processing lines. You will partner with sales, operations, and plant leadership to prioritize work, communicate production plans, and ensure timely shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes ERP proficiency, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn ERP system functions and manufacturing concepts.
• Strong communication, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and cost production jobs efficiently to ensure timely outbound shipments
• Maintain optimal finished goods stocking levels and identify opportunities for utilization
• Anticipate and proactively resolve potential production concerns
• Enhance data accuracy by reviewing completed work orders and reporting discrepancies
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce production costs
• Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
