Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in pipe manufacturing or water/wastewater infrastructure products is a plus.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera (P6) including resource loading capabilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling techniques and prioritization of multiple projects.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; solid communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed production schedules using company scheduling platforms.
• Plan and establish production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project baselines.
• Execute scheduling directives and priorities from the Director.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to track progress and constraints.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to incorporate procurement lead times.
• Continuously monitor status and update schedules in real time.
• Sequence activities to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements with leadership.
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP and scheduling systems.
• Communicate schedule updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Assist in short-term and long-term production planning.
