Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Production Scheduler to support scheduling activities, track production status, and maintain related data. You will coordinate routine scheduling with Operations, Procurement, and Program Management to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/SAP or scheduling tools, and 3+ years of related experience are preferred. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and stability.

Qualifications

• Experience with production scheduling, control, or inventory tracking.
• Proficiency with scheduling reports and data documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain production schedules and related reports.
• Track production status, material availability, and delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Coordinate information with Operations, Procurement, and Program Management.
• Assist with labor estimate inputs and historical data.
