Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Production Scheduler in Texarkana, TX to support production scheduling, data reporting, and collaboration across Operations, Procurement, and Program Management.

You will maintain schedules, track status, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of materials and labor. A strong eye for detail and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production Planning.
• AS9001/ISO 9001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain production schedules and schedule-related reports.
• Track production status, material availability, and delivery dates.
• Maintain scheduling records and documentation to support planning and customer delivery.
• Coordinate routine scheduling information with Operations, Procurement, and Program Management.
• Escalate capacity, staffing, material, or delivery constraints to management.
