Job summary

Elite is seeking a Production Planner in Bartlett, TN to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders across all Elite facilities. You will collaborate with department leaders to plan and issue production schedules and material requirements, while meeting our customer service and quality objectives.

The role requires a college degree and at least 2 years of scheduling/expediting experience; prior experience with manufacturing environments and office software is beneficial.

Qualifications

• College degree and 2+ years of work experience in Scheduling, Customer Service/Order Expediting, Shipping/Receiving preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and material requirements for all Elite facilities.
• Utilize workflow software scheduling features to plan, issue and schedule shipments.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and 2nd Ops to optimize facility and resource utilization.
• Identify and resolve conflicts with material availability, capacity, and order promise dates.
• Monitor execution of plans to meet order deadlines.
• Participate in customer product onboarding to communicate timelines for quoting and awarded projects.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Follow directions from supervisor.
• Collaborate across departments as needed.
• Perform non-routine tasks as assigned.
