Job summary

Amphenol Ardent Concepts is seeking a Production Planner to manage planning and scheduling for a high‑tech manufacturing environment. The role interfaces with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure on‑time delivery and optimal workflow.

Responsibilities include coordinating shop floor activities, expediting material, and releasing orders to align with inventory goals and capacity. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience are required, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials management or related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule workflow for production plant and operations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service on shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with production staff and MFG Engineer to meet schedules and improve efficiency.
• Schedule, expedite, and coordinate delivery and movement of critical material.
• Release plating and secondary orders as needed.
• Work with MRP and throughput modules to produce accurate schedules.
• Release production orders aligned with inventory goals and capacity.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of production status.
