Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Production Planning Specialist to optimize the production schedule and assure on-time delivery of finished goods from Jacksonville, FL. The role coordinates material planning, purchasing, and capacity planning across cross-functional teams to support manufacturing demand.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in supply chain, fluency in English and Spanish, strong Excel and SAP experience, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 6 years of supply chain, operations, logistics or relevant experience.
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.

Aufgaben

Coordinate production scheduling to meet demand and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
Coordinate material planning and purchasing to support production and timely deliveries.
Interface with plant production departments to ensure on-time delivery and flag capacity constraints.
Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs; adjust plans as needed.
Lead cross-functional communications and ensure accurate master data in planning systems.
