Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in production planning, strong Excel, and APICS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in production planning, scheduling, or inventory planning in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and capacity planning.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute production schedules balancing customer demand, inventory levels, production capacity, and materials.
• Create detailed weekly and daily production plans for assigned manufacturing value streams.
• Monitor schedule attainment and production performance, identifying risks and implementing recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve material and scheduling issues.
• Manage MRP planning messages and ensure production priorities reflect current business needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and supply chain processes.
