SEHA is seeking an SCM Production Planner in the United States to build an optimal production schedule by balancing material availability, capacity, and inventory. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and plan execution.

Responsibilities include updating schedules with Purchasing, managing master data, identifying risks, analyzing market demand, and monitoring KPIs to drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• No experience required (1 year SCM/manufacturing experience preferred).
• Knowledge: S&OP, Demand management, Forecasting, Supply planning.
• Skills: Excel proficiency; SAP experience preferred.
• Domestic role with limited interaction with HQ or other regions.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling - update and revise schedules based on material availability with Purchasing; review inventory daily and adjust plans to meet demand.
• Master Data Management - manage planning system parameters and master data to reflect machine capacity.
• Key Risks Identification - communicate risks to management and simulate impact during disruptions.
• Market Demand Analysis - analyze model group demand using price tracking and sales results.
• KPI Management - monitor SOP Execution and Production Linearity and propose root cause fixes.
