Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with Customer, Supply Chain, Production and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning/scheduling, a strong understanding of MRP, and advanced Excel/data analysis skills, in a high-mix, low-volume setting. Located in Hayward, CA with standard benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing planning experience.
3–5 years of production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain experience.
Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of MRP, production control, inventory management, and demand planning.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Mansioni

Receive and analyze demand, forecasts, inventory, and capacity to provide updated commits to customers.
Maintain communication on delivery schedules and change requests.
Develop and maintain monthly production schedules and updates.
Monitor work order release, progress, and schedule adherence.
Balance loads across work centers to maximize throughput and resource utilization.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality on launches, ECOs, and process changes.
