Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking a Production Planner in Ellisville, MS (12-hour shifts: 5pm-5:30am, Shift D). You will schedule customer orders, work with plant personnel, and maintain inventory and order data to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 7+ years experience including 2–4 years in customer service and 5+ in operations (coatings exp preferred).
• Ability to work with many business functions and a dynamic team.
• MS Office proficiency; Oracle ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer orders and respond to inquiries with day-to-day customer contact.
• Collaborate with production management to identify impediments and resolve schedule issues.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships including delivery schedules and issue resolution.
• Maintain current inventory counts across process steps using Oracle and physical inventory processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer visits regarding physical inventory counts and WIP reconciliation.
• Ensure data integrity on the digital representation of customer part inventory and order status.
