Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager in managing stock levels to meet seasonal demands and improve product sales.
• Develop and maintain production schedules on yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly bases.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock management to meet fluctuating demands.
• Communicate production plans and adjustments to management and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with planning team to guarantee timely delivery of products to customers.
• Process customer and work orders per internal procedures.
• Contribute to system implementation and maintenance, including internal audits and training.
• Utilize SAP and other systems for production planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong working relationships.
• Monitor and improve production schedule attainment.
