Job summary

Henkel is seeking a skilled Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules for our Consumer Brands manufacturing lines in the United States. You will plan bulk materials, reconcile inventory in SAP, and address shortages to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 3+ years in production or supply chain planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience, and excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of production planning, material planning, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Plan and procure bulk raw materials in a on time and full manner to support production needs
• Manage and reconcile raw materials inventory against SAP, investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Identify and proactively address material shortages and potential production disruptions.
• Communicate production schedules, material risks, and changes across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with plant material planner to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Adjust production schedules based on changing priorities, capacity, and material availability.
