Essity North America Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan production sequences, manage short-term adjustments, and coordinate with manufacturing teams in North America. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, capacity assurance, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have a manufacturing planning background, basic Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP. Location preference is Appleton, WI, with opportunities to work at other Essity facilities in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline required.
• Basic Excel skill required; SAP experience helpful.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed planning of production sequences at article level for day/shift.
• Daily revision of short-term planning and adjustments (0–3 weeks).
• Propose and create supply scenarios with Manufacturing and market counterparts.
• Manage plan changes under time constraints with limited information.
• Daily liaison with midterm planners to share site intelligence.
• Secure capacity by participating in Raw Materials short-term activity.
• Anticipate production trends and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Review historical scheduling performance for improvements.
• Report efficiency and adherence to the plan; present weekly planning information.
