Job summary

Eaton Mission Systems is seeking a Planner based in Davenport, Iowa. The role focuses on lean inventory, production, and procurement strategies, optimizing work orders and scheduling to meet OTTB goals and customer commitments.

The candidate will monitor production schedules, coordinate with purchasing, and run line-of-balance reports while supporting cross-functional improvement initiatives and SIOP communications. A2-year experience in supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2+ years in supply chain, or HS Diploma with 4+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ERP and MS Office/Excel proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production and material requirements to support build plans.
• Monitor and adjust internal work orders based on MRP and capacity.
• Communicate dispatch priorities and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with purchasing for expedited material requirements and supplier issues.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis on inventory variances.
