Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Planner to manage scheduling, forecasting, and supply planning. The role utilizes SAP and other approved tools to optimize production schedules, lead times, and inventory levels.

You will collaborate across functions, lead daily planning meetings, and support new programs while aiming for on-time delivery and efficient changeovers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment with lean principles.
• Experience using SAP for planning and scheduling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for scheduling, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Collaborate across functions to allocate resources to customer needs.
• Lead daily planning meetings with manufacturing operations and coordinate downtime/changeovers.
• Sequence the schedule to maximize output and minimize changeover time based on priority.
• Provide accurate lead times to Customer Service and Sales.
• Manage load leveling and identify bottlenecks in manufacturing.
• Engage in capacity planning with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate recurring and ad-hoc scheduling, demand, and supply meetings.
