Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in scheduling, supply chain or fulfillment.
• Minimum 2 years in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Kanban, JIT, FIFO and level loading.
• Proficient with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and schedule production to meet MRP schedule.
• Coordinate with operations and procurement to move materials.
• Expedite critical items and adjust schedules for changes.
• Provide production reports and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Maintain and update MRP data in Oracle and communicate recovery dates.
