Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of production planning or material planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor production progress, identify scheduling conflicts, and coordinate adjustments to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to address material shortages and supplier lead times.
• Analyze production data, inventory trends, and capacity utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate planning records, schedules, and material requirements within ERP/MRP systems.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
