Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Production Planner in Washington state to coordinate production activities, prepare job folders, and manage schedules. You will work with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery and accurate LN data.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Infor LN experience preferred; knowledge of BOMs, routings, and production orders helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job folders and production orders.
• Create and maintain BOMs and routings in LN.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements and shop capacity.
• Manage material requirements, shortages, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate production and planning data in LN.
• Monitor backlog and job progress, escalating delivery risks.
