Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control.
• Experience in manufacturing or building-products environments preferred.
• Experience creating and managing production work orders.
• MS Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP/inventory systems experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and schedule production based on demand, inventory, capacity and schedules.
• Create and release production work orders and coordinate with departments.
• Monitor open orders, shortages, delays, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Verify inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate material planning and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support sales with production feasibility and delivery timing.
• Identify improvements to planning, inventory, and communication processes.
• Provide backup support for planning and inventory control activities.
