Job summary

YINLUN TDI, LLC seeks an experienced production scheduler to lead master production scheduling, align with sales forecasts, and coordinate capacity planning. You will work with department supervisors to ensure on-time shipments and optimize material flow.

The role requires five to seven years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in ERP systems and lean manufacturing concepts applicable to a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Five to seven years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
• Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resources requirements.
• Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to established manufacturing.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Prepare production reports.
• Prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Requisition material and establish delivery dates to departments per job priorities and material availability.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities and monitor schedule performance to meet established schedules.
