Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Create the production plan or build sequence based on customer requirements and business direction.
• Manage production order administration based on material availability and demand.
• Communicate and escalate order and demand changes as appropriate.
• Gather data and analyze inventory, KPI metrics, and E&O inventory for designated cell/area.
• Maintain MRP system per policy for in-scope products.
• Assist in cycle counting and data integrity efforts.
• Prepare and maintain production reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement to verify incoming receipts and ensure timely production/shipments.
• Support root cause analysis and implement countermeasures for material problems or shortages.
• Track and manage all assigned KPI metrics (OTD, E&O, WIP) to drive performance.
